breadth = x

length = 2x + 1

area = 528

528 = x (2x+1)

2x² + x - 528

2x² - 32x +33x - 528

2x(x - 16) + 33(x - 16)

(x -16) (x +33)

breadth can't be -ve numbers

So Breadth = 16m

length = 32 + 1 = 33m
