Answer:

Base(b) given 12cm

and we need height (h)

so apply p.T in triangle STR

IN △STR

⇨TR = √(13²-5²)

⇨TR = √ (169-25)

⇨TR = √144

⇨TR = 12 m

Now area if the trapezium sheet is given by

½ × b × h

½×12×12

6×12

72m²

Now total area painted that is the area that painted on both side is given by

2 times of 72

⇨2×72

⇨144m²

Now use unitery method

⇨1m²=$5

so,

⇨144m² = $(144 × 5)

⇨$720
