Area enclosed by the axes and the line x+y=1 is. = 1/2 * 1* 1 = 1/2

x axis and y axis intercepts are 1 each.

area inclosed by (0, 0) , ( 1 , 0) and ( 0, 1) .

area of ∆ = 1/2 { 0 + 1( 1 - 0) + 0} = 1/2 unit²
