→22/7×r²=25.68cm²

→r²=25.68/1×7/22

→r²=179.76/22

→r=√8.17

→r=2.85 (approximately)

circumference of the circle=2πr

=2×22/7×2.85

=125.4/7

=17.91cm (approximately)
