Area of a circle is 6 cm2. Calculate the diameter of this circle.​

GIVEN,

Area =6

Using the formulas

1)

a = \pi \:  {r}^{2}

d \:  = 2r

Solving for d

d = 2 \:  \sqrt{ \frac{a}{\pi}  }  \: = 2. \sqrt{ \frac{6}{\pi} }

2.76395cm

So that answer is d =2.76 cm
