area = π ( 9x²-12x+14 )

area of circle is πr²

πr² = π ( 9x²-12x+14 )

π to π cancel

=( 9x²-12x+14 )

by putting value of x is 4

r²=( 9*4²-12*4+14 )

= 110

r=110

r= ± 10.488 cm
