Therefore,

\pi {r}^{2}  = 12474 \\  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{2}  = 12474 \\ 22 \times  {r}^{2}  = 12474 \times 7 \\ 22 \times  {r}^{2}  = 87318 \\  {r}^{2}  =  \frac{87318}{22}  = 3969 \\  {r}^{2}  = 3969 \\ r =  \sqrt{3969}  = 15.832 = 16 \\ d = 16 \times 2 = 38

 = r ^{2}\pi = 12474

 = 22 \div 7 \times r ^{2} = 12474

 =r {}^{2} = 12474 \times 7 \div 22

 =r {}^{2} = 87318

 =r =   \sqrt{} 87318 =295.49

[tex]r = 295.49

d=590.9/22

=26.85
