Area of a parallelogram is 625 m^2 find the length of sides of parallelogram if altitudes corresponding to sides are 20 m and 25 m

Let the parallelogram ABCD and let the altitude be AE(20 m) on DC and DF (25m) on BC


Now using the formula area of parallelogram ( base * altitude = area)

From side DC and altitude AE

AE * DC = 625m^2 ( area of parallelogram).

20 * DC = 625m^2

thus we get DC as 31.25m

And similarly we will get BC as 25 m
