Area of a rectangle=

LENGTH X BREADTH

for example, if length is 2cm and the breadth is 4cm

area of this rectangle=

=LENGTH X BREADTH

=2cm X 4cm

=8cm²

(cm x cm= cm²)

Hope it helped you..if it did mark me as the brainliest..
