AREA OF A RECTANGLE IS 10 times its perimeter and the length of the rectangle is 60cm find area perimeter and breadth.

From the question, we can say that:

$l \times b = 10 \times 2(l + b) \\ 60b = 20(60 + b) \\ 60b = 1200 + 20b \\ 40b = 1200 \\ b = 30 \: cm$

$Area = lb \\ = 60 \times 30 \\ = 1800 \: cm. \: sq.$

$Perimeter = 2(l + b) \\ = 2(60 + 30) \\ = 2(90) \\ 180 \: cm$
