(2x+ 3)(x^2 - 4)
=> (2x+ 3)(x + 2)(x - 2)

So, breath of rectangle is
(2x+ 3)(x + 2) = (2x^2 + 7x + 6) units

Note: In this question, it appears that the length of the the rectangle is less than the breath !
