Given:-

•Area of rectangle field is \sf10\dfrac{1}{12}sq.m.

•Length of a rectangle field is \sf2\dfrac{3}{4}m.

To Find:-

•Find the value of breadth.

Solution:-

we have,

  • \sf10\dfrac{1}{12}sq.m
  • \sf2\dfrac{3}{4}m

Using Formula:

 \:  \:  \sf \: area \: of \: rectangle = length \times breadth

Now put the values,

 \:  \:  \sf \:  \frac{121}{12}  = \frac{11}{4}   \times b \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \:  \frac{121}{12}  \times  \frac{4}{11}  = b \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: breadth =  \frac{3}{11} metre

Hence,breadth of rectangular field is 3/11 metre.

Extra Info...

 \:  \:  \sf \: perimetre \: of \: rectangle = 2(length  + breadth) \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: length =  \frac{area}{breadth} \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: breadth =  \frac{area}{length}   \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: perimetre \: of \: square = 4 \times side \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: area \: of \: square =   {side}^{2}
