NOW,

Area of rectangular field = 12544 m²

LENGTH × BREADTH = 12544 m²

x × 1/4x = 12544m²

x²/4 = 12544m²

x² = 3136

x = √3136

x = 56m

SO, LENGTH = x = 56 m

And BREADTH = 1/4x = 1/4 × 56 = 14 m
