Let length be x and breadth be 1/4x

NOW,

Area of rectangular field = 12544 m²

LENGTH × BREADTH = 12544 m²

x × 1/4x = 12544m²

x²/4 = 12544m²

x² = 3136

x = √3136

x = 56m

SO, LENGTH = x = 56 m

And BREADTH = 1/4x = 1/4 × 56 = 14 m

HOPE IT HELPS U...

Let , the length of this rectangular is x cm.

the breadth of it is 1/4 × x= x/4 cm.

according to the question,

(x × x/4 )= 12544

or, x^2 =12544× 4 = 50176

or, x= please find out the root of it

hence, the length is x= ?

and breadth =x/4 =?

hope its helps you.

it is your assiment do it immediately....
