The area of the square = 18 x 18
= 324 sq .m
Since the area of square = area of rectangle
Area of rectangle = 324 sq. m
Let the breadth of the rectangle be 'b'
The area of rectangle = length x breadth
324 = 27 x b

b = 324 \div 27
b = 12
Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2( 27+12)
= 2 x 39
= 78 m
