Area of a rectangular plot is 528 m square. The length of the plot ( in metres ) is 1 m more than twice its breadth find the length and breadth of the plot.

2x+33=0 or x-16=0

(rejected)

x=16m

Therefore, Breadth = 16 m

Length = 2(16)+1 = 32+1 = 33 m
