Answer:

please mark as brainliest answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the base of the right triangle be x

thus it's height is x+7

Area of Right Triangle = 1/2 × base × height

165 = 1/2 • x • (x + 7)

165 × 2 = x² + 7x

x² + 7x - 330 = 0

(x + 22)(x - 15) = 0

x = -22 OR. x = 15

but the side of Triangle can't be negative

thus x = 15

BASE = x = 15

HEIGHT = x + 7 = 15 + 7 = 22

Step-by-step explanation:

⇒ Let base of right angled triangle be xm

⇒ Then, altitude of right angled triangle becomes (x+7)m

⇒ Area of right angled triangle =165m^2

 \frac{1}{2}  \times x \times (x + 7)

x ^{2}  + 7x = 330

 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 330 = 0

 {x}^{2}   +  22x - 15x - 330 = 0

  x(x + 22)  - 15(x + 22) = 0

(x + 22)(x - 15) = 0

x + 22 = 0 \:  \red{(or)} \: x - 15 = 0

x =  - 22 \:  \:   \red{(or)} \:  \: x = 15

 \pink{base \: cannot \: be \: negative.}

 \pink{therefore \: the \: base \:  = 15m.}
