= x(7+x)=165

=7x+x^2=165

Using quadratic formula find x that is base and height

Formula to find the area of the triangle is 1/2 ×base ×height

x²+7x =  330

x² + 7x - 330 =0

x² + 22x - 15x - 330 = 0

You can take the base as 15 as well as 22. You can take any value as base and height.
