area of rectangle =  1225cm²

length = 45 cm

breadth = x

area of rectangle =  length x breadth

x = 1225/45

x = 27.22 ( rounded to 2 decimal places )

breadth = 27.22

perimeter = 2 x ( length + breadth )

               = 2 x ( 45 + 27.22)

                =  144.44 cm
