According to the question,

x×x = 2.25 cm2

∴ x = 2.25−−−−√cm = 1.5 cm

∴ Perimeter = 4x

= 4×1.5 cm = 6 cm

hope it's helpful

thank you

Concept:

Area of a figure means amount of space occupied by a figure in a 2D plane

Square is closed 2d figure with all its sides equal and its diagonals are also equal. The diagonals cut each other at 90

Perimeter is the length of the boundary

Perimeter of square=4x side

Perimeter of rectangle=2(length +breadth)

Are of square=side²

Area of rectangle=length x breadth

Area of triangle= 1/2 x b xh

Area of equilateral triangle=√3/4 xside²

Given:

Area of square =2.25m²

Find:

Side of the square

Solution:

Area of square = 2.25m²

⇒side² = 2.25

⇒side = √2.25

⇒side = 1.5 m

           =150 cm

Therefore, the side of the square in cm is 150 cm
