Area of a square is 4 sq. M more than 2/3 of the area of a rectangle. If the area of square is 64 sq. M, then find the dimensions of rectangle, given that breadth is 2/5 of length.

find x
64sq.m=4sq.m+2/3×x
64sq. m=2/3×x
x=64sq.m×3/2
x=96sq.m
