given,

area of the square = 64 m²

let the area of the rectangle be x

according to the question,

area of the square = 4+2/3 x

=>64 = 4 + 2/3 x

=>60 = 2/3 x

=>30 = 1/3 x

=>90 = x

The area of the rectangle is 90m²

let the length be y

breadth = 2/5 y

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

=>90 = y × 2/5 y

=>90 = 2/5 y²

=>y² = 225

=>y = 15m

Length = 15m

Breadth = 2/5 × 15 = 6m
