a²=49m²-84mn+36n²

a²= (7m)²-2(7m)(6n)+(6n)²-------(i)

We know that:   (x-y)²=x²-2xy+y²------(ii)

Compairing (i) and (ii)

a²=(7m-6n)²

a= ±(7m-6n)

Now perimeter of the square = 4×a

= 4×{±(7m-6n)}

= ±(28m-24n)

Hence proved!
