Step-by-step explanation:

area of triangle

=½{X1(y2-y3) + X2(y3-y1) + x3 (y1-y2)}

here

(X1,y1)=(3,1)

(X2,y2)=(-1,3)

(x3,y3)=(-3,-2)

area of triangle

= ½{3(3+2) + -1(-2-1) + -3(1-3)}

= ½{ 3×6 + -1×-3 + -3×-2}

= ½{ 18+3+6}

=27/2 = 13.5
