Answer:

Given That ;

Area of the Triangle ( A ) = 148 cm²

Base of the Triangle ( b ) = 1.6 cm

Measure of the Corresponding Altitude ( h ) ?

Formula :

Area of the Triangle ( A ) = 1 / 2 b h

A = 1 / 2 x b x h

1 / 2 x 1.6 x h = 148 cm²

1 / 2 x 1.6h = 148

1.6h = 148 x 2

1.6h = 296

h = 296 / 1.6

h = 185 cm

Hence ;

Measure of the Corresponding Altitude ,

( h ) = 185 cm
