ans is
length = 15
&
breadth = 6

ar.sq = 4 + 2/3 × ar.rect

let ar.rect be A sq m
& ar.sq = 64 sq m

Therefore,

4 + 2/3×A = 64
4 + 2A/3 = 64
12/3 + 2A/3 = 64
(12 + 2A)/3 = 64
12 + 2A = 64×3
12 + 2A = 192
2A = 192 - 12
2A = 180
A = 180/2
A = 90

let the breadth of the rectangle be X
therefore, length will be 2/5 X

ar.rect = A = length × breadth = 90
A = X × 2/5 X
X × 2X/5 = A
( 2X^2 )/5 = 90
2X^2 = 90 × 5
2X^2 = 450
X^2 = 450/2
X^2 = 225
X = √225
X = 15

length of rectangle = X = 15m
breadth of rectangle = 2/5 × X
= 2X/5
= 2×15/5
= 2×3
breadth of rectangle = 6
& length of rectangle = 15
