Given :

  • Area of base of cyclinder = 154 m²

  • Height of cylinder = 15 m

To find :

  • volume

Formula used :

 \sf v = \pi {r}^{2} h

where :-

  • r = radius of base
  • πr² = area of base
  • h = height of cylinder

Therefore , if we take πr² (area of base) = a we get :-

\sf v = a \times  h

Solution :

Area of base of cyclinder = 154 m²

Height of cylinder = 15 m

Now we will find volume :-

\sf \implies v = a \times  h

Put :-

  • a = 154
  • h =15

\sf \implies v = 154 \times  15  \: {m}^{ 3}

\sf \implies v = 2310 {m}^{ 3}

Answer :

Volume of given cylinder = 2310 m³
