area = 2 \sqrt{3}  \\  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {a}^{2} = 2 \sqrt{3}   \\  {a }^{2}  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} \times 4 }{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  {a}^{2}  = 8 \\ a = 2 \sqrt{2}  \\ semi \: perimeter =  \frac{3 \times 2 \sqrt{2} }{2}  \\  = 3 \sqrt{2}
