Answer = 18 m

EXPLANATION ;--

area of RHOMBUS = 216 m2

and perimeter = 48
so side = 48/4 = 12

Since RHOMBUS is a type of parallelogram.

and

We know that the area of parallelogram

= base × altitude

so Area = base × altitude

216 = 12 × altitude

altitude = 216/12 =18 m

Step By Step Explanation:-

Given,

Area of rhombus=216cm^2

Perimeter of rhombus=48cm
=4×side
Therefore,
Side of rhombus=48/4
=12cm

In a rhombus both pair of opposite sides are parallel and diagonals bisect each other at right angles.
Therefore,
Rhombus is a Parallelogram

Area of rhombus=Area of parallelogram
216cm^2=base × altitude
216=12×altitude
altitude=216/12
altitude=18cm

(Answer,
Altitude=18cm)
