Solution

Formula to be used :-

Area of rhombus = 1/2 × d₁ × d₂

Where,

  • d₁ = The first diagonal
  • d₂ = The second diagonal

Substiuting the given values,

⟼ 240 = 1/2 × 10 × d₂

⟼ 240 = 5 × d₂

⟼ 240/5 = d₂

⟼ 48 = d₂

❖ The other diagonal = 48 cm
