area of Rhombus is 1/2×diagonal1×diagonal2
1/2×14×d2 = 98
d2 = 98/7
d2 = 14

area = 1/2  * d1* d2

98 * 2/14 = d2

14 m

Therefore, diagonal 2= 14 m
