area of rhombus = 1/2×diagnol 1×diagnol 2
here they gave 1 diagnol length ,we should find another diagnol length.
1 side =13
1 diagnol =24,half of 24 is 12.
we can use a folmula a square +b square = c square
12 square + x square = 13 square.
x square = 169-144
x square = 25.
double of 25 is 50.
,so another diagnol is 50.
area = 1/2×diagnol 1 × diagnol 2
= 1/2×24×50
= 600.
,hence area of rhombus is 600.
