at first use the formula of area of rectangle . it's another breadth is also 2.5 because length and breadth of rectangle is same . then find area of rectangle. then find the base of right angle triangle by using Pythagoras theorem. find the area of triangle. now add the area of both shapes it is the area of shaded region
