Firstly, we will find the side of the square by using the formula of area of square.

Using formula,

Area of square = side²

Substituting the given values,

⟶ 144 = side²

⟶ √144 = side

⟶ ± 12 = side

⟶ 12 = side

∴ Side of the square = 12 m

Using formula,

Perimeter of square = 4 × side

Substituting the given values,

⟶ 4 × 12

⟶ 48 m

∴ Perimeter of the square = 48 m
