Area of rectangle = area of sq.

= 40 × 40 = 1600 cm.^2

L×B= 1600

L×20= 1600

L= 1600/20=80 cm.

perimeter of rectangle= 2(80+20)= 200cm.

perimeter of square= 4×40=160cm.

perimeter of rectangle is not equal to the perimeter of square.

hope it helps.
