 \sqrt{64 = 8}

then , perimeter of square=4s=8×4=32.

therefore, p.m..of rect.=32.

now, p.m. of rect 2(l+b)=32

2×l +2×6.5=32

2l =32-13

2l=19

l=9.5cm.

now, at.of rect.=l×b

=9.5×6.5

=61.55 , which is less than area of square.

therefore, square has greater area
