Given:

Length of a rectangle=10 units

Breadth=7 units

R.T.F:

Area of shaded region

SOLUTION:

Area \:  of  \: shaded \:  region \:  \\ = Area \:  of \:  rectangle \: -Area \:  of \:  semicircle

Area of rectangle= length×breadth

Area \:  is  \: rectangle = 7 \times 10

= length × breadth

=

Area of semicircle=1/2(πr²)

r=7 units

Therefore, 1/2r = 3.5 units

     Area \:  of  \: semicircle =  \frac{22 \times 3.5 \times 3.5}{7 \times 2}

 = 19.25

Area of shaded region= 70-(19.25)

= 50.75 unit²

Hope it helps you☺️

THANK YOU:)
