Answer:

Area of shaded region = Area of the rectangle - Area of the circle

So, l × b - πr²

= 20 × 10 - 22/7 × 3 × 3

= 200 - 28.285

= 171.7 cm²

Hope it Helps ^_^

Given:-

\longrightarrow Length of rectangle=20cm

\longrightarrow Breadth of rectangle=10cm

\longrightarrow Radius of circle=3cm

To Find:-

\longrightarrow Area of shaded region

Solution:-

\bf\implies Area\longrightarrow Length×Breadth - πr²

\bf\implies Area \longrightarrow 20×10-\frac{22}{7}×(3)²

\bf\implies Area \longrightarrow 200-\frac{22}{7}×9

\bf\implies Area \longrightarrow 200-28.28

\bf\implies Area \longrightarrow 171.72 cm²
