→ Area of trapezium = ½ × (a + b) × h

According to question
→ Area of trapezium = 384
→ ½ × (a + b) × h = 384
→ ½ × 48 × h = 384
→ 24 × h = 384
→ h = 384/24
→ h = 16 m
Hence,
- Distance between parallel sides is 16 m

- Area of trapezium = 384
→ ½ × (a + b) × h = 384
→ ½ × 48 × 16 = 384
→ 24 × 16 = 384
