so, 720=h/2(8+12)

720=h(10)

h=72cm

so 720 = 1/2 ×(8 +12) ×hieght

720= 1/2×20 ×hieght

720=10×hieght

720/10=hieght

72=hieght

so distance between parallel sides is 72cm
