the formula for this is
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

so,to find the s means side we have to sum the number and divide the sum by 2
like this:
s=(35+40+50)/2
s=62.5

then using formula
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
√62.5(62.5-35)(62.5-40)(62.5-50)
√62.5*27.5*22.5*12.5
√483398.4375
√7734375/16
√7734375/4
