Areas of two similar triangles are 225sq.cm. 81sq.cm. if a side of the smaller triangle is 12cm,find corresponding sides of the bigger triangle​

If two triangle is similar then,

 \frac{area \: of \: Δ1}{area \: of \: Δ2}  = ( \frac{side \: of \: Δ1}  {side \: of \:Δ2 } )^{2}

 \frac{225}{81}  = ( \frac{x}{12}) {}^{2}

 = x = 12 \:  \times  \:  \sqrt{ \frac{225}{81} }  = 12  \times  \frac{15}{9}  = 20 \: cm
