Following a diet should be first consulted by a physican. Dieting is meanly meant by avoiding food items which is performed by the fitness conscious so to lose weight without loosing a seat(without doing exercise or any workout).
But it has several disadvantages too. A person on a diet is neglecting his food, inshort his nutrition that may lead to weakness and often, the person may faint cause of it.
