This world is for the survival of the fittest. Therefore, competition with one another creates progress in careers and lives. Healthy competition creates development and improvement in one's work. By avoiding pride and jealousy, every competition provides amazing learning to the competitors.
People lose sometimes because they don't prepare well for the competition. And other times, the competitor might be so strong. The failure should not create disappointment. Instead, they should develop faith and learn lessons from these failures.
