The following fig. refers to the attachment.

Steps of construction :-

• Draw a line AB of approx. 10 cm.

• Take a point O on it at centre .

• Draw perpendicular bisector of the line . So the angle becomes 90° .

• Cut an arc on AB = 4cm.

• Cut another arc of 8 cm on the perpendicular bisector .

• Join Both the arcs together making hypotaneus.

• It makes a right angle triangle of two sides 4 cm and 8 cm length.
