we can use following equation to find the time

v = u + at

But before that we have to find the acceleration

therefore we use this eqaution

 {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as \\ 0 =  {350}^{2}  + 2 \times a \times 0.130 \\ a =  - 471153.84ms^{ - 2}

Now we have the acceleration then let's find the time

v = u + at \\ 0 = 350 +  - 471153.82 \times t \\ t = 7.42 \times 10^{ - 4} s

f = ma \\  = 1.8 \times  - 47115.84m {s}^{ - 2}  \\  = 848.07n
