A Bose –Einstein condensate (BEC) is a state of matter of a dilute gas of bosons cooled to temperatures very close to absolute zero (that is, very near0 K or−273.15 °C). Under such conditions, a large fraction of bosons occupy the lowest quantum state, at which point macroscopic quantum phenomena become apparent.

The BEC is a type of state of gas where any energy input is practically impossible. It is achieved by reaching 0°K or -273.16°C. The theory was written by Dr. Satyendra Bose and was formulated by Albert Einstein.

In BEC state, the molecules cease to do any action.
