Let Shriya present age be x

Now, as given in question, Arjun is twice as old as Shriya then let his age be 2x

5 years ago, Shriya age would be x - 5 and arjuna age would be 2x - 5,

Now , According to question,

= 2x - 5 = 3 (x-5)

= 2x - 5= 3x - 15

= 2x - 3x = -15 -5

= -x = -10

= x = 10
