Given,

Armaan's monthly salary = 25500

% increase in salary every year = 5%

To find,

Monthly salary after 2 years

Solution,

Let us first find out what is 5% of Armaan's salary,

5% of 25500

\frac{5}{100} (25500)\\\\5(255) = 1275

It is given that his salary is increased by 5% every year.

So his salary after one year will be ,

25500+1275 = 26775

After one year his monthly salary will be 26775 rupees.

Again for the next year his salary will be increased by 5%.

Lets find 5% of 26775,

\frac{5}{100}(26775)

=1338.75

The salary will be 26775+1338.75 = 28113.75

Hence, the monthly salary of Armaan after two years would be 28113.75.
