army please help me with this it took me hours to solve this it came from further expansion and factorisation of algebraic expressions

5a² - 60a + 180 = 0

5a² - 30a - 30a + 180 = 0

5a (a-6) - 30 (a-6) = 0

(5a-30) (a-6) = 0

a = +30/5 or a = +6

Therefore , a = 6.
