so first we have to find the HCF by euclid division lemma so,

65 117

117 = 65 × 1 + 52

65 = 52 ×1 + 13

52 = 13 × 4 + 0

HCF = 13

So ,

66m -117 =13

66m = 13 +117

66m = 130

m = 130 / 66

m = 1.9696....
